Terms of Use

The Site provides information about the Oh My Perfect Form Beta Program and enables you to submit an application for consideration in a research beta cohort.

The Site is for informational and application purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, create a partnership, or form a binding agreement to participate until separate onboarding documents are executed where applicable.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may view content, navigate pages, and submit a genuine beta application on your own behalf.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent application information
• Use automated means to scrape, crawl, harvest data from, or overload the Site without our prior written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data connected to the Site
• Introduce malware, interfere with Site operation, or circumvent security controls
• Use the Site in violation of applicable law or third-party rights
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

All application information must be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. We reserve sole discretion to accept, reject, or waitlist applications based on cohort needs, safety considerations, and program requirements.

Application submission does not entitle you to participation, compensation, employment, or continued access to any future product release.

The Site and all content, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, software descriptions, and design elements are owned by BEZRYMA GROUP LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use, no license or rights are granted by implication or otherwise. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Access is at your own risk.

Our collection and use of personal information through the Site is described in the Privacy Policy, Beta Privacy Notice, and Data Consent, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Product descriptions reflect a program in development and may change.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEZRYMA GROUP LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BEZRYMA GROUP LLC from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or poses risk to the Site, users, or our operations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement regarding Site use. We may assign these Terms; you may not assign them without our consent.
