This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how BEZRYMA GROUP LLC ("Bezryma Group", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit the Oh My Perfect Form Beta Program website (the "Site") and submit a beta application through the Site. This Policy applies to the Site only. If you are selected for a cohort, additional processing is governed by the Beta Privacy Notice and Data Consent.
1. Data controller
The data controller responsible for personal information processed through the Site is BEZRYMA GROUP LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of Ukraine, developer and owner of Oh My Perfect Form.

2. Scope and relationship to other documents
This Policy covers information collected through the Site, including the beta application form, server logs, and communications initiated via the Site.
It does not govern processing that occurs solely within the Oh My Perfect Form mobile application after onboarding, which is described in the Beta Privacy Notice, Data Consent, and Beta Participation Agreement.
3. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, and other details you submit in the application form
- Application content: gender, training background, optional health-related answers, motivation text, participation readiness, and consent selections
- Technical and usage data: browser type, device information, approximate timestamps, hashed IP address, referral source, and basic analytics events related to Site navigation
- Communications: messages you send to us by email or through forms linked from the Site
- Security data: anti-abuse signals, rate-limiting identifiers, and honeypot submission metadata
4. How we use information
We use Site and application data for the following purposes:
- Operating, maintaining, and securing the Site
- Receiving, reviewing, and responding to beta applications
- Assessing eligibility and suitability for cohort selection
- Communicating with applicants about application status and next steps

The Site uses strictly necessary technical mechanisms required for security, session integrity, and basic functionality. We do not deploy invasive advertising trackers on the beta Site.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with our retention procedures.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
